A social company based on an art venue
In this pilot project, we are addressing two key challenges that come with managing a new cultural venue.
The first concerns the economy: achieving sustainable funding and identifying new income sources to support the venue’s infrastructure.
The second concerns community: transforming audiences into supporters, partners into users, and sponsors into contributors—by building new forms of connection with diverse communities, including neighbours, local citizens, small businesses, and large companies.
To meet these goals, we are developing and testing a series of experimental actions, the most significant being the establishment of our own business entity. This new company allows us not only to monetise resources and collaborate more closely with the business sector, but also to foster innovation within our organisational ecosystem. Through circular economy models and social entrepreneurship, we aim to channel any surplus back into the cultural and creative sector.
