Device_art 5.016 exhibition at the Eastern Bloc gallery in Montreal offers a brief overview of the variety within the device art tendencies that characterize KONTEJNER’s Device_art project from its beginning. The selected artworks showcase a hybrid network of influences and conjunctions, intertwining tendencies such as bio-art and working with living organisms, and sound art, with one main goal: to offer new perspectives on human lives in an ever increasingly technological environment.
