Amelie Duchow (DE)

Amelie Duchow is a German audiovisual artist whose work explores the relationship between sound, space, and visual perception. Her practice moves within an experimental field where subtle, multilayered microsounds interact with electronic sound structures and visual composition. She is a member of female pressure, the international network of women working in electronic music and visual arts. Her debut album, "TONSTICH", was released on Sync, the audiovisual platform and label she runs together with media artist Marco Monfardini. Together they founded SCHNITT, an audiovisual duo working in the space between electronic music, digital art, and technology. SCHNITT's audiovisual performances and installations have been presented internationally at museums and festivals including LEV Festival (ES), MUTEK Montréal (CA), Elektra Festival (CA), e-phil (DE), Biennale Némo (FR), ACT Festival (KR), and Sonica Festival (UK). In 2026, she released her second LP on Sync, "LOGOS MATER", an audiovisual project that has so far been presented at festivals and venues across Europe, Japan, and South Korea.
