The non-profit art association Artistic Laboratory (Art Lab) is new on the cultural scene. It was founded in 2016 and its participation in the Extravagant Bodies festival is its first public appearance. The association is concentrated on promoting and linking up young artists who have not yet made their reputations, on the popularisation of socially engaged and multidisciplinary forms of art and on the re-popularisation of art as important and interesting life factor among the young. In its work the association primarily deals with written and visual art, but it intends to devote itself to other forms of artistic expression – performances, musical events and dramatic and stage appearances.
